For Landlords, we offer a prompt and reliable service in the careful selection of tenants to occupy your properties. The completion of the Tenancy Agreement is normally undertaken directly by our own staff. The level of our involvement in the subsequent management of the property is for you to choose, whether simply the collection of rent, or a comprehensive service including all necessary repairs and maintenance, or something in between. Our fee rates are competitive and our Consultant Surveyor - who is a practising chartered surveyor - is available to advise on the problems that may arise.
For Tenants, we are able to draw on our detailed knowledge of the area and our connections with local landlords to find a property for you to rent which matches your preferences in terms of location, type, size and affordability. When your tenancy is running, we are here to listen to any concerns you may have and to seek instructions from your Landlord on any necessary action to deal with them.
The whole process is overseen personally by the Senior Partner and the firm is well supported by maintenance contractors of proven competence and reliability.
